Holistic & Integrative Therapy
Therapy that makes room for your whole self.
What can holistic and integrative therapy include?
No two people need exactly the same kind of support. Depending on your goals and preferences, our work may include:
Parts work and exploration of your internal experiences
Somatic awareness and mind-body connection
Grounding and nervous-system support
Values, identity, and meaning-making
Narrative exploration and personal storytelling
Mindfulness and guided imagery
Creative reflection, metaphor, and symbolism
Cultural, ancestral, existential, or spiritual exploration
Personally meaningful rituals and intentional practices
Tarot imagery as an optional reflective tool
These practices are offered collaboratively and within the context of psychotherapy. There is no single formula for healing, and you remain in control of what we explore together.
Tarot-Informed Reflection
Sometimes an image can help us access something that words haven’t quite reached.
When requested by the client and relevant to our work, tarot may be incorporated into therapy as a creative and reflective tool. Rather than treating the cards as absolute answers or predictions, we can explore the emotions, associations, internal parts, questions, or possibilities that an image brings forward for you.
Tarot-informed reflection may support:
Identifying feelings that are difficult to put into words
Exploring internal conflict or different parts of yourself
Recognizing patterns and personal narratives
Clarifying your values and possible next steps
Connecting with intuition and developing self-trust
Approaching uncertainty with curiosity
Creating movement when you feel stuck
Tarot is never required. It will only be incorporated when it aligns with your interests, beliefs, and therapeutic goals.
Spiritual and Meaning-Centered Exploration
Spirituality can be a source of meaning, connection, identity, and comfort. It can also bring questions, uncertainty, grief, or conflict.
Therapy can make room for experiences involving spirituality, intuition, religious beliefs, ancestral practices, existential concerns, or changes in how you understand yourself and the world.
You may be:
Exploring spirituality for the first time
Reconnecting with cultural or ancestral practices
Healing from rigid, harmful, or invalidating religious experiences
Developing greater trust in your intuition
Navigating a spiritual transition or period of transformation
Looking for a therapist who won’t dismiss or pathologize this part of you
Trying to stay grounded while exploring experiences that feel difficult to explain
We will approach these conversations with curiosity, discernment, and respect for your worldview. My role is not to tell you what to believe, determine what your experiences mean, or position my beliefs as more authoritative than your own.
Reiki Offerings — In Development
I am continuing to expand my holistic training and will complete Reiki I and II training in October 2026.
Reiki is an energy-based complementary wellness practice that some people incorporate into their personal approach to relaxation, grounding, and mind-body awareness.
Future Reiki offerings are currently in development and will become available only after I have completed my training and established the appropriate ethical, clinical, administrative, and insurance framework. The exact format and launch date have not yet been determined.
Reiki is not currently available for booking. Join my newsletter below if you would like to receive updates as these offerings develop.
You Don’t Have to Be Spiritual to Work With Me
Holistic therapy does not require a spiritual identity, belief system, tarot practice, or interest in energy work.
You may want practical coping strategies, relational support, parts work, trauma-informed therapy, somatic awareness, or a grounded place to process what is happening in your life. That belongs here, too.
Spiritual and holistic practices are invitations—not requirements. We will shape therapy around who you are, what you need, and what genuinely feels supportive to you.
Is This Still Psychotherapy?
Yes. The currently available practices described on this page are optional tools that may be incorporated within psychotherapy.
*Disclaimer: Tarot, ritual, spiritual exploration, and other holistic practices may be incorporated into psychotherapy as optional tools for reflection, meaning-making, and personal exploration. Their use is collaborative, guided by your treatment goals, and based on your interest and informed consent. These practices are not used to diagnose mental-health conditions, determine objective truth, predict the future, or guarantee specific outcomes. They do not replace clinical assessment, evidence-informed mental-health treatment, medical care, medication, crisis services, or referrals to other qualified professionals when needed.*
You don’t have to leave meaningful parts of yourself outside the therapy room.
Whether you’re looking for practical support, deeper emotional work, greater mind-body connection, spiritual exploration—or some combination—we’ll create space for what feels most relevant to you.
You get to bring your questions, uncertainty, culture, intuition, complexity, and whole self.
