Getting Started

If you’re interested in working with me, the first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

This brief call allows us to connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and determine whether working together is a good fit. During the consultation, we’ll also review availability and discuss payment options, including whether self-pay or insurance may be appropriate based on current openings. Ongoing sessions are scheduled following the consultation.

Cash Pay Rates

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $220

Mini-Session (30 minutes): $110

Check-In Call (20 minutes): $75

Letters, Crisis Calls, & Other Services:
$55 per 15-minute increment

These additional services are available to established clients only and are discussed in advance.

Sliding Scale

A very limited number of sliding scale spots may be available ($150–$175) for clients who qualify and are able to meet during weekday daytime hours. Sliding scale availability is discussed during the consultation.

Insurance & Coverage

I accept select insurance plans through Alma and Headway. Insurance availability is limited and primarily offered during weekday daytime hours Monday-Thursday. Availability is discussed during the consultation.

How Insurance Is Handled

Because availability varies, insurance options are discussed during the consultation to determine fit and scheduling before benefits are verified.

If insurance is a potential option, I’ll guide you through next steps after the consultation.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If your insurance is not listed, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. This can be discussed during your consultation, and I can share tools to help you check eligibility if helpful.

  • All intake paperwork must be completed by the day before your first session. If it’s not completed, your appointment may be canceled and your slot released.

  • I do not provide court testimony.

  • Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan — always contact your insurer for specifics.
