Initial 15-Minute Video Consultation: Free
(Use this to see if we’re a good fit — no pressure.)

Cash Pay Rates

• Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $220

• Mini-Session (30 minutes): $110

• Check-In Call (20 minutes): $75

• Letters, Crisis Calls, & Other Services: $55 per 15-minute increment

These extra services are available to established clients only and will be discussed in advance.

Sliding Scale Option
A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available ($150–$175) for those who qualify. Please indicate interest during your consult.

Insurance & Coverage

I accept select insurance plans through Alma and Headway. Insurance benefits vary by plan, so it's best to confirm with your provider directly.

Alma

I currently accept plans through Alma, including:

• Aetna & partner plans (AllSavers UHC, Allied Benefit Systems, etc.)

• Cigna & partners

• Optum / UnitedHealthcare Network (including UnitedHealthcare, UMR, UHC Student Resources, Oscar, Oxford, Surest, etc.)

Out-of-Network Benefits

If your insurance is not listed, you may still be eligible for reimbursement via out-of-network benefits. Just ask me during your consultation or I can send you a link to check.

• All intake paperwork must be completed by the day before your first session. If it’s not, your appointment may be canceled and your slot released.

• I do not provide court testimony.
