“I show up as my authentic self in therapy so my clients can, too.”

I'm not a one-size-fits-all therapist, and that’s exactly what I love about this work. I meet each client where they are, honoring their story, culture, pace, and goals.

I work with adults navigating:

  • Trauma (including childhood, intergenerational, and complex trauma)

  • Relationship and attachment challenges

  • Cultural identity or first-generation experiences

  • Queerness, gender exploration, and LGBTQIA+ community care

  • Life transitions, stress, and the feeling of being “too much” or “not enough”

  • Neurodivergent affirming care

If you're ready to make meaningful changes in your life, I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and a little humor along the way.

It’s an honor to serve so many of the communities I belong to.

You are more important than all the roles you play in other people’s lives.
